- Returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging at your own cost and risk, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
- Any damage or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt to info@emilycanltd.com.
- We may request photographic evidence of the issue to expedite your claim.
- Where returns are approved due to damage or fault, a 20% handling fee may apply if items are returned unnecessarily.
4. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
- Failed delivery due to absence may incur a redelivery charge.
- For difficult access or deliveries above the ground floor, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. International Orders
- For customers outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns for international orders are handled at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
